The FBI has seized NSW2U.com, a prominent platform for pirated Nintendo Switch games. Visitors now encounter a federal seizure notice instead of downloadable game files. This action aligns with Nintendo's aggressive anti-piracy campaign, which recently included disabling modified Switch 2 units.

Dutch financial crime investigators suggest the site operated from the Netherlands. European authorities had already blocked access to NSW2U in May after its addition to an EU watchlist. Nintendo's legal strategy remains uncompromising—the company secured a 40-month prison sentence for pirate Gary Bowser in 2021 and continues pursuing maximum penalties.
